For anonymous calls, the API returns at most three sorted objects per category after filtering and deduplication. Anonymous offset is forced to zero; authenticated pagination remains available. The MCP does not implement its own projection.
Preserve freshness, provenance, applied limits, warnings, and attribution. Cached stale information must not be described as live.
