Find nearby public-transport stations using the canonical ROOTE transit taxonomy.

This tool discovers stations and their advertised transport coverage. It does not fetch departures and does not calculate a Journey.

For anonymous Free projection, a station's category is the first requested canonical mode that it advertises. This deterministic rule prevents a multimode interchange from consuming several category budgets.

Preserve schedule coverage, freshness, provenance, and partial-provider warnings. `scheduled` availability, realtime availability, and stale cached data are distinct states.
